Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply choose the type of pet portrait you would like, upload a clear photo of your pet, and proceed to checkout. We will take care of the rest!

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

What type of photos work best for pet portraits?

High-quality photos with good lighting and a clear view of your pet’s face work best. Make sure your pet's features are clearly visible for the most accurate portrait.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How long will it take to receive my pet portrait?

Dispatches within 1–3 business days from the date of order.
